Terms & Conditions

• Right of Admission
• * All memberships — whether paid or extended through bank partnerships — are subject to approval by Structure Management. We reserve full discretion over admissions in order to preserve the Club’s environment.
• Membership Screening
• * Every new membership application is reviewed prior to activation to ensure alignment with the Club's values and community standards.
• Visitor Identification Protocol
• * Visitors are required to fill out a Visitor Form and submit their business card upon arrival. UBL Bank Cardholders must also present a valid CNIC along with their bank card for identity verification. Access to the Club will only be granted after formal approval by Management.
• Membership Cancellation Rights
• * Structure reserves the right to cancel or revoke any membership or access privileges if an individual is deemed inconsistent with the Club’s community standards. This decision is final and non-contestable.
• Time Slot Allocation
• * To ensure an optimal experience for all members, Management allocates time slots to new members based on facility capacity and operational flow. Preferences will be considered where possible.
• Facility Access: Sauna, Jacuzzi & Pool
• * These amenities are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The number of users at a given time is regulated by Management to ensure smooth and safe access for all members.
• Dress Code & Hygiene Policy
• * All members and guests must wear appropriate and clean attire while using Club facilities. Gym wear should be neat; pool wear must be family-appropriate. Body hygiene must be maintained at all times. Access may be denied to individuals not meeting these standards.
• Facility Misuse Policy
• * Any person found misusing gym equipment or facilities, or engaging in unsafe behavior, may have their membership revoked and be expelled from the Club without notice.
• Respect & Conduct
• * All visitors are expected to treat staff with courtesy and cooperate fully to help ensure smooth Club operations.
• Misc:
• * Individuals under the age of 15 are not permitted in the fitness area unless a valid medical exemption has been approved by Management.
• * All payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
• * Any damage to Club property caused by a UBL cardholder or member must be compensated in full. The replacement cost will be determined solely by Management.
• * Personal staff, servants, and spectators are strictly prohibited in the pool, fitness, and locker room areas.
• * Pets are not permitted anywhere within the Club premises.
• * Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all areas of the facility.
• * Structure Management assumes no liability for loss, theft, or damage to any personal belongings, valuables, or items brought into or stored within the facility, including locker rooms.
• * Use of Club facilities is at the sole risk of the individual. Structure bears no responsibility for injuries, accidents, or health-related incidents that may occur on the premises.
• Policies Review: Club policies and membership terms may be modified without prior notice, as deemed necessary by the Management.
• Spend and free visits will be on the card level. (Supply and Basic Cards will avail free visits separately.) For example, if I have a Basic Card, I can avail up to 15 visits, and if my son has a Supply Card, he can also avail up to 15 visits.
• Spend criteria for Credit and Debit Card customers: Rs. 150,000 in a calendar month “1st till 30th of every month” (spend will be calculated separately for Basic and Supply Cards). For example, if a Basic Cardholder wants to avail up to 15 free visits, he/she must spend Rs. 150,000. Similarly, if a Supply Cardholder wants to avail up to 15 free visits, he/she must also spend Rs. 150,000.
• Only retail spend to be considered for qualifying spend
• Total visits should be cumulative across all gyms. Cardholder can avail up to 15 visits in total, whether at Core, Legend and Structure, without exceeding the overall limit of 15 visits. For example, if a Basic Platinum customer avails 5 visits at Core and 5 at Legend, that is acceptable. However, if a customer assumes he/she can avail 10 visits at Core and 10 visits at Legend (totaling 20), that is not allowed.
• On not meeting the spend criteria or exceeding allowed visits the customer will be charged Rs. 2,000 plus FED per visit
